1. Digital product
AICV Create provides immediate digital access to software features, templates, and tools when you subscribe or purchase a paid plan. Because delivery is instant and intangible, all fees are generally non-refundable once paid access has been activated for that billing period, except as stated below or where required by applicable law.
2. When we may issue a refund or credit
We may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund or account credit if:
- You were charged in error or duplicate for the same period.
- A technical failure on our side prevented you from accessing paid features for a material period after payment.
- Mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction requires a right of withdrawal or refund (we will comply with such requirements).
3. What we do not refund
- Change of mind after you have used paid features (including AI credits, exports, or premium templates) during the paid period.
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated wording where the Service functioned as described (see our AI Disclaimer).
- Charges disputed directly with your bank without first contacting us, except where prohibited by law.
4. Subscription cancellation
Canceling your subscription stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or covered under Section 2.
5. How to request help
Email support@aicvcreate.com with your account email and a brief description. We typically respond within a few business days.
6. Payment processor
Payments are processed by Stripe. Any chargebacks or payment disputes may be handled according to Stripe’s and your card issuer’s rules, in addition to this policy.
